Jen Mathena

A few years ago, I turned my 20 year hobby of oil painting into daily passion. I love working with oils- the flow, the vibrant colors, the flexibility, the strokes all contribute to making a finished painting. I paint the details and I capture the colors. I favor painting landscapes, but also love to paint a subject within the landscape. We are so lucky to be surrounded by so much beauty and I want to paint all of it, or as much as I can.
